《表姐，你好嘢！》劇情簡介
四川女公安鄭大姐（鄭裕玲飾）負責赴港捉拿逃跑的疑犯，不得不與香港警方合作。警長伍衛國（梁家輝飾）負責接待與合作調查，被初次到港、天真純樸的鄭大姐與助手阿勝（張堅庭飾）弄得暈頭轉相。
由于地區文化差異，鄭大姐與伍衛國不斷產生摩擦、矛盾，多次讓疑犯有機可乘、逃之夭夭。
由于在旅館被疑犯襲擊，督察安排鄭大姐去伍衛國家住。而伍衛國之父正是當年國民黨軍72師的排長。由于信仰不同，鄭大姐一到家就與伍父鬧了個水火不容。一連串爆笑的爭鋒相對就這樣展開了，而奇妙的事，鄭大姐與伍衛國之間的感情也在慢慢產生變化......
